1. Returns or Replacements for Damaged or Defective Products
If your YUNOLE product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, don’t worry – we’ll make it right.
– Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at yunole.info@gmail.com.
– Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
– Our customer care team will review your case within 2 business days and provide instructions for return or replacement.
– Once approved, we’ll send a replacement product or issue a refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

2. Refund Policy
We want you to love every YUNOLE product you receive. However, please note:
– Refunds are only applicable for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.
– Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for refunds.
– Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
– Approved refunds will be processed promptly, but please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

3. Exchange Policy
– We currently do not offer product exchanges.
– If you would like to try a sample before purchasing a full-size item, email us at yunole.info@gmail.com
 and our team will be happy to assist you.

4. Samples
We understand that every home and every cleaning need is unique.
– To request product samples, please email yunole.info@gmail.com
 with:
 • Your specific cleaning concern (e.g., grease removal, bathroom stains, etc.)
 • The products you’re interested in trying
– You may request up to two (2) samples per customer, subject to availability.
– Our customer care team will guide you through the simple process of receiving your samples.
